Pricing
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for your wedding. Nothing renews.
What does the free plan include?
Every page of your site except Photos, and up to 5 guests, with a “Preview” ribbon. Pay when you’re ready to invite everyone.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move from Wedding to Pro at any time and pay only the difference, A$70.
What happens after the wedding?
Your guests’ details are deleted 3 to 24 months after the day. You choose, and the default is 24 months. You can export everything first.
Do my guests need an account?
No. Each guest gets a personal link. No password, no app.
Do texts cost extra?
Texts use credits, one for each text part. Pro comes with 100. On Wedding and Pro you can buy packs of 200, 500 or 1,000 in the studio, at the price it shows before you pay.
Are guest photos included?
Yes, with Wedding and Pro. Guests share photos and videos from your wedding day. The free plan doesn’t include photos.

What can we do for free?
Build your whole site and try it with up to 5 guests. Guests on Free have working links and can reply.
Can we get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first plan payment, and before your wedding date, for a full refund of that payment. Upgrades and text packs aren't covered.
How do I reply?
Open your invitation, tap Reply, and answer for everyone on your invitation.
How do I add children or plus-ones?
Add children to their family's household and tick Child (under 16). There are no unnamed plus-ones: add every guest by name.
Who can see our guests' details?
You, the people you add to your studio, anyone you share exports with, and any AI you connect. Our staff and providers access them only to run the service.
How long do you keep guest details?
24 months after your wedding, or sooner if you pick. Your site is hidden first, then deleted with guests' details 7 days later. Backups clear within 35 days.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, on Wedding or Pro. You add two records where you bought the domain, then we set it up.
Can we text our guests?
Yes, on Wedding or Pro, using text credits. Texts go to Australian mobiles only, from one yourwedding.app number shared by many weddings.
How do guest photos work?
From your wedding day, guests add photos and videos from their phones to your Photos page. You can share yours too. Photos come with a paid package.
What can our AI do, and what can't it?
It can read your guests, replies and pages. With Read and write, it can also add guests, record replies and edit pages.
