What can our AI do, and what can't it?

It can read your guests, replies and pages. With Read and write, it can also add guests, record replies and edit pages.

It can never send invitations or reminders, take payments, delete the wedding, or change your package, how long we keep guest details, or who's on the wedding. Those stay in the studio.

1. Ask things like "Who hasn't replied?" or "Add these guests from my notes."
2. Page edits wait for you. Press Publish in the studio to make them live.
3. Check What It Did on Your AI to see what it changed. We keep that list for 90 days.

When you connect, Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) receives your guests' names, households, replies, dietary notes in full and answers. That company may store them in the United States, under your own agreement with it. Guests' emails and mobiles are never shown to it.
