When can guests add photos?

From midnight at the start of your wedding day, until we delete guest details. Times follow your wedding's time zone.

1. Open Photos and find Guest uploads. It shows when uploads open and close.
2. To change when they close, change how long we keep guest details in Settings.
3. Leave Email guests a link to share their photos, the morning after ticked to send it at 11 am the day after. Use Choose who gets it to pick invitations.
4. Untick Let guests share photos to social media to hide the Share button.
5. Add Your hashtag (optional). It's copied when guests tap Share.

Guests can add JPEG, HEIC and PNG photos up to 50 MB, and MP4 and MOV videos up to 100 MB. Each household can share up to 5 GB.

The morning-after email isn't sent if your site wasn't published, there's no reply-to address in Basics, or it's more than two weeks after the wedding.

There is no switch to pause every guest's uploads at once. To stop uploads from an individual guest, use their ⋯ menu. Contact us if you need help with a wider problem.
